Power Vinyasa Yoga - 60 Mins
Our “Dallas-style” Power Vinyasa is an energetic yoga experience combining intelligently-sequenced yoga poses with a powerful breath per movement flow. Instructed under our state-of-the-art infrared heaters with upbeat, energetic music — Ritual One’s Power Vinyasa teachers will push you beyond your limits and challenge your mind and body with a class that will torch calories, leave you dripping with sweat — and center your mind.
Inferno HIIT - 60 Mins
Our newest class format creates long, lean muscles and torches fat. Taught in an infrared-heated room, this workout uses body weight in combination with Tabata-style low impact cardio intervals, all with an emphasis on muscle toning and tightening
Hot Pilates - 60 Mins
Experience a mat-based Pilates class designed to enhance strength, stability, posture, breath control, and flexibility. Engage all muscle groups while focusing on core strength with each movement, achieving a balanced and invigorated body.
Inferno Flow - 60 Mins
Students will feel grounded and challenged each time they practice in our custom set-sequence class. Designed to deepen your practice with longer, powerful holds — this style of class is ideal for students who enjoy a familiar class experience that will build strength and endurance. Our infrared-heated room allows the muscles to release safely while simultaneously increasing metabolism and calorie burning — great for athletes and students newer to the practice of yoga.
Pre/Post Natal Sculpt Class - 60 Mins
Ritual One is now offering our first ever Low Impact NO HEAT/NO HUMIDITY Pre and Post Natal Sculpt class lead by Margaret Sone. This class is designed for all mommas and expecting mommas to stay strong during their pregnancy journey. All fitness levels welcome and it is a go at your own pace type of class. We will use weights and modified movement to maintain our health throughout this journey. Join us every Wednesday and Sunday at 2 PM for this class and let’s continue to be the best version of ourselves for our little ones!
Power and Restore 75 - 75 Mins
The perfect balance of both energy & relaxation with 60 minutes of vinyasa and 15 minutes dedicated to restoration, deep street, and preparing body for the week ahead. Movements are alignment focused that both challenge & restore. Ideal for all levels looking for a rejuvenating boost of energy.
