Instructed under our state-of-the-art infrared heaters with upbeat, energetic music — Ritual One’s Power Vinyasa teachers will push you beyond your limits and challenge your mind and body with a class that will torch calories, leave you dripping with sweat — and center your mind.

Inferno Set Flow Yoga - 60 Mins

Students will feel grounded and challenged each time they practice in our custom set-sequence class. Designed to deepen your practice with longer, powerful holds — this style of class is ideal for students who enjoy a familiar class experience that will build strength and endurance. Our infrared-heated room allows the muscles to release safely while simultaneously increasing metabolism and calorie burning — great for athletes and students newer to the practice of yoga.

The addition of light weights and high repetition body movements target and tone both the major and minor muscle groups — expect to leave invigorated, revived and stronger
