Participation in fitness and wellness classes involves inherent risks, including physical exertion, use of infrared heat, and exposure to elevated temperatures. You acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
You are responsible for consulting a physician prior to participation and for disclosing any injuries, medical conditions, or contraindications.
Classes may be conducted under infrared heat conditions. Individuals who are pregnant, have cardiovascular conditions, or are sensitive to heat should consult a medical professional prior to participation.
All participants must complete a digital waiver prior to attending classes. Failure to do so may result in denied entry.
Memberships may auto-renew unless otherwise stated. Cancellation terms and notice periods are outlined at the time of purchase.
Participants must meet minimum age requirements as set forth during booking. Minors may require parental consent.
All website content, branding, and materials are the property of Ritual One and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
Ritual One shall not be liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in classes or use of our facilities to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
